Against june bugs
Grewal's turf review names H. bacteriophora as the best nematode for May/June beetle grubs, but we found no field trials specific to this genus. Treat them like other lawn grubs: count first, water in straight away, keep the soil moist. Large second-year grubs are harder to kill. It does nothing to the adults at the lights.
Rate250k–500k /m²; the general turf rate, about 1 billion per acre
TimingLate summer, while young grubs are feeding near the surface; soil moist and 12–30 °C for two weeks
