Leafminer parasitoid (Dacnusa) for leafminer

Dacnusa sibirica · leafminer parasitoid
Against leafminer

Dacnusa lays inside young Liriomyza larvae and finds them even at low density, so it suits early-season starts below about 68 °F (20 °C). Parasitised larvae keep mining, so nothing is visible; judge it by fewer new mines. Koppert says it does not parasitise vegetable leafminer (L. sativae) well, and it is sold mainly in Europe.
